#MissCosmo2024

The Miss Cosmo 2024 beauty pageant recently concluded with Indonesia's Ketut Permata Juliastrid being crowned the winner. Ketut, a student of Bali Institute of Design and Business, showcased her dedication to sustainable tourism and fashion. During the final round, she impressed the judges with her project on recycling plastic waste into traditional handicrafts, highlighting her commitment to environmental causes.

Thailand’s Mook Karnruethai Tassabut was named the runner-up. Unlike traditional beauty contests, Miss Cosmo 2024 focused on community projects and had a unique final round where contestants discussed their visions for the future and engaged in a Q&A with each other instead of the usual on-stage interview.

Meanwhile, the Philippines' Ahtisa Manalo advanced to the Top 21, creating a buzz among her supporters, though her inclusion in the Top 21 was reported speculatively earlier before being confirmed. Vietnam’s Bùi Xuân Hạnh made it to the Top 5, standing out with her message of national pride and eloquent performance in the Q&A round
